Describe the bug

The in-page navigation links on the "Design and UX in web3" page do not navigate to the expected sections when clicked.

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/en/developers/docs/design-and-ux/
  2. Click on the navigation links on the right side of the page
  3. Error: The page does not scroll until you scroll down yourself

Expected behavior

When I click on a navigation link e.g. "Web3 Design Case Studies", I should be taken to the section of the page with that title.
