Describe the bug

Dropdown menu for pages using the "use-cases", "staking" or "roadmap" templates/layouts ends up hidden under the hero section in some cases

To reproduce

  1. Go to https://ethereum.org/en/defi on Desktop
  2. Click on "Ethereum Use Cases" dropdown
  3. Try to access the first option, noticing it's hidden and un-clickable under the hero section

Expected behavior

Menu should be on top and fully accessible when open
