EOF: Deprecated opcodes are currently considered to calculate max stack height #1005

If a code section in EOF tests contains a deprecated instruction it will consider its stack inputs/outputs to calculate the code section's max stack heght, as the opcodes are undefined in eof, the function should return the same as any other non-defined instruction: return (0, 0, 0).
