Currently, the account list is empty, and the remix is in an ambiguous state.
When connection is lost Remix should switch to vm

This issue is partially fixed by this PR #5470
When the user refuses to connect, it will switch to Injected. But if it was connected and the user disconnected, we still have this issue described above.
