DisableFormat didn't work well #42

There are some folders/library that I'd like to use the .clang-format to disable the format

├── 3dparty
│   ├── catkin_simple
│   ├── .clang-format // detailed below
│   └── minkindr
├── .clang-format

.clang-format // detailed below

---
DisableFormat: true
# SortIncludes: Never

But when I run the linter_check_all # run, it still checks those folders, How can I disable those?
