🚀 Task description

Seems like match_target_components is not used much and could be removed in favor of better functionality.

Plan

  1. Remove match_target_components
  2. Remove corresponding tests
  3. Address single usage in the plots here. Use the TSDataset.get_target_components method to obtain a dataframe with target components directly.
