I've installed and configured nagios-herald using the doc provided. I am able to simulate an email notification using the test files, but when a real event occurs, no email notification is sent.
Manually executing nagios-herald logs to the log path I added to the config, but when running under Nagios, nothing gets logged to the log file. I've added --trace to the command definitions as well, but still getting nothing.
Any ideas for additional troubleshooting steps?

Hi, @hundredacres! Sounds tricky. The only idea I have right now is that you might want to check that the user running Nagios has the right permissions to write to your log path - that could explain why you aren't seeing any messages.
