The content a message sends may need to be curated differently based on the Nagios notification type. For example, a PROBLEM email message will be more verbose than an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT email message.

Rounded out support for acknowledgement messages.

- The 'ack_info' key's contents weren't being added to the body of an ack message.
- This is a hack. #6 is intended to make this sort of thing more robust.
- Resolves #18.
