Missing info from ontology doc

If you compare the old documentation (patched LODE) and new documentation (PyLODE), you'll find a lot of missing info. I will post them as individual issues in https://github.com/RDFLib/pyLODE (root issue RDFLib/pyLODE#108).

But until they are fixed, @elvesater please :

• Reprocess the latest variant of the ontology with https://github.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/blob/master/ontology/_old/extraction.xsl and and save to https://github.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/blob/master/ontology/index.html or doc.html
• Don't delete the current HTML! Move it to https://github.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/blob/master/ontology/pylode/doc.html, so the PyLODE devs can see the examples

• PyLODE doesn't sort classes, objectProperties, dataProperties alphabetically
• PyLODE doesn't have a favicon
• PyLODE doesn't have links "back to ToC" or "Object Property ToC" (respectively "Class ToC", "Data Property ToC")
• Links to terms from external ontologies don't work.
  • Consider http://rawgit2.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/master/ontology/doc.html#jurisdiction
  • The link ebg:IdentifierSystem goes to http://rawgit2.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/master/ontology/doc.html#IdentifierSystem and works fine.
  • But the link rov:RegisteredOrganization jumps out to http://www.w3.org/ns/regorg#RegisteredOrganization, which does not provide documentation (it's a Turtle file), even though there is http://rawgit2.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/master/ontology/doc.html#RegisteredOrganization

The previous documentation was generated with pyLODE release 1.7. I have now re-generated the documentation using pyLODE release 2.10.3. The old documentation has been moved to https://github.com/euBusinessGraph/eubg-data/blob/master/ontology/pylode/doc.html

Is the new one any better? I haven't checked which of my issues are fixed in pyLODE

It generated Scope Notes and Examples which were missing in the old documentation. But, it may not have fixed all of your issues. Feel free to use your patched LODE and replace the documentation if you think this is better.
