Backoffice | Sort knowledge groups and entries

Currently the sorting of Knowledge Base groups and entries is not easily understandable.
Since both groups and entries both have a numeric Order assigned to them, they should be sorted accordingly.

• Entries should be sorted first by group and then by order number within their group.
• Groups should only be sorted by their numeric Order.
