The file we will get from the Artshow.
It's a web page (on an internal, unconnected network) and will be copied into a text file on an USB stick.
There seems to be empty lines / strange newlines, which needs to be ignored.
One line pro piece of art. Contains the badge number, the "ASIDNO" (internal number in the artshow, might be printed on the bidsheets so users might know about them), Artist name, art piece title, and the status.
The fields are CSV, the strings are in quotes and guaranteed to not contain quotes themselves.
(Status could also be changed to other strings or an integer on request)
There are two known Stati:
"Sold": this is the highest bidder, either on the bidsheet or in the auction. This person get the piece and should retrieve and pay it
"Auction": this piece has reached it's limit and goes into the auction. The badgenumber is the current highest bidder. They should go to the auction to defend their bids. Also, in case there are no bids in the auction at all, it will go back to them
After the auction:
auctioned off pieces will get a SOLD, to the bidder
if the badgeno is different from AUCTION to SOLD then this person was the highest bidsheet bidder but was outbid in the auction.
That is all the information we get.
When will we get them?
Needs to be clarified - I currently assume once Friday night when all bidsheets have been entered into the artshow database.
And (hopefully, if they are not too busy) once after the auction.
