In sbcl:

(let ((lst (list 1 2 3))) (subseq lst (length lst) (length lst)))
;; nil

In eus:

(let ((lst (list 1 2 3))) (subseq lst (length lst) (length lst)))
;; error: illegal start/end index in (subseq lst (length lst) (length lst))
