Plugin to create custom key signatures from key signature annotations

Custom key signatures are a pain to use – getting the spacing precisely the same as the default key signatures is impossible, and you have to create a separate one for each clef. It would be nice to have a plugin to apply a custom key signature given a key signature annotation (with proper spacing between the accidentals and applying different versions depending on the clef), if that's at all possible.

I think, this is not relevant anymore, as quite massive upgrade of custom key signatures were made for MU4.
(Automatic allignement of accidentals, auto clef and transposition adaptation).
