Modify the script to check and copy the license file

Determine the license location on:

OSX
- ~/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 2/Settings
Linux
- ~/.config/sublime-text-2/Settings
Windows
- %APPDATA%\Sublime Text 2\Settings\License.sublime_license

In Addition:

Add License.sublime_license to .gitignore (ie prevent a potential credential leak)
Detect the presence of the license
Prompt before overwriting an existing license
