Amazing extension is the first thing I'd like to say. Very useful and neat way to display bookmarks.
I'm facing a recurring issue though :

1/ We need to be able to resize the list height manually
The list's width can be resized manually. Which is nice. But for some reason the list's height cannot be resized manually. Which is a surprising thing especially when you have 100 subfolders and more than a thousand bookmarks and you have to scroll down the list but seeing them only 9 by 9 (cf. screenshot).

2/ As I just wrote the height cannot be modified, BUT the list resizes itself to a very tiny height with only 9 lines of bookmarks visible. On the screenshot attached you can see what's happening after I reinstall the extension : on the left, the very first time I click on the Neater icon, the list appears at full size, and in a fraction of second becomes small (right side of the screenshot) and stays small. I tried re-installing chrome and Neater and nothing changes that. Neater works well then someday for some reason becomes small. And stays small.

3/ a Middle click on a Bookmark opens two new tabs with twice the same page instead of only one new tab.

That's super annoying ;) Please try to have a look at what could cause this issue.
Thanks in advance ! :)
