fix for 2 elderly needed: need to rename add on title in the sidebar from 'evcc' to 'wallbox' / 'LADER'

I have to support elderly people over 80 year who went fully into solar power and are driving an EV, using ac split heatpumps and heatpump and have a big solar array + battery.

But I can not explain evcc to them and therefore need to rename this to "LADER" which means "CHARGER" in german-

I can change the sort order but I do not know in which file this side and the panel names are stored.

Not addon related, since there is no function for that in HA.

Thanks a lot, I guess I will find a solution there - had not much time for that to check, but from the first impression it looks quite solid and the guy is fantastic cause he did already a modification for my parents with limited sight to get a higher contrast and selector on the horizontal bar here

Hinter dem folgenden ICON, was nur den EVCC STATUS anzeigt, wird für die Aktion HALTEN oder TIPPEN ein Navigationspfad hinterlegt.

Hier halt "NAVIGATION" auswählen und es erscheint NAVIGATIONSPFAD.
Dort "ev" eingeben und dann auswählen oder aber von Hand durch die Liste aller Dashboards und Schnellstartseiten Elemente durchgehen.
