Allow using the built-in MDX components from astro custom components

Use Case

As an owner of the event catalog
I want my re-usable astro component to make use of rich mdx custom compoent such as tiles, steps, etc
so that I don't need to repeat the same content dozens of times in every single event, query and command

Proposed Solution

Allow astro components to make use of the MDX custom commands so the richness of them can be applied to custom components
