Document cautions when user uses custom_ami. #25

The vagrant box used in Vagrantfile has some assumptions below:

zookeeper service is installed.
mesos master/slave service is installed
chronos, marathon are instaled into /opt/

These should be documented because users must take care of these when they use custom_ami.

this issue rises from #24
