Getting "Wrong device!" error with chip-system-information demo app

I had installed node v5.7.1 and hcitool v5.23 beforehand, otherwise I followed the Connect a Mobile Application to your C.H.I.P. Using BLE tutorial but when I select chip from the scanned results I get 2 kinds of errors:

• sometimes I get "Disconnected from device" error
• most of the times I get "Wrong device!" error with the code EASYBLE_ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_FOUND

I haven't changed the UUID's in neither of the apps.

What am I doing wrong?
