[FEATURE REQUEST] Compatibility with Korean text encoding

The reason for the request is simple:

I, for example have the Korea's BMS Starter Pack which is an amalgamation of all the starter packs I downloaded of the Korean BMS community, and Raja reads them as garbled characters, because it's still not compatible with Korean text encoding. which is why I request that. Simply because there used to be BMS charts with korean titles.
