[Feature Request] More keysound file format idea

(I used a translator).
This is an idea for a .nbms that I designed.
I have implemented reading files in java.
It probably has all the functionality implemented. (I say probably because I don't have a complete grasp of the BMS file structure).
In the future, I'm thinking of adding the ability to convert existing BMS files to .NBMS.
