Donated packages not stored with embed

Describe the bug
If embed is used, donated packages are not stored.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a data donation study and use embed
2. Walk through the flow
3. At the end of the flow, click yes, donate
4. Check Next data storage
5. No packages is stored

Expected behavior
A package to be stored when yes, donate is clicked
