Package not working after upgrade Flutter

After upgrade my project this package stop working because localizations required newest intl package version and this package still use intl 1.18.1

this is was an error:
Because open_document 1.0.7 depends on intl ^0.18.1 and no versions of open_document match >1.0.7 <2.0.0,
open_document ^1.0.7 requires intl ^0.18.
