missing build.zig.zon file

I am new to zig. When I tried to install nanovg via zig fetch --save git+https://github.com/fabioarnold/nanovg-zig, zig showed the following error: error: unable to determine name; fetched package has no build.zig.zon file.
This seems to be caused by the lack of build.zig.zon.
