Introduce environment type entity

Currently env_type is just simple string attribute for Environment entity/table. We need to introduce EnvironmentType as first class entity with new table.

Environment Type (table):
Name (string): Name of type (i.e. build, dev, stage, prod etc .. even custom env type allowed)
