it'd be nice to have a simple view of all apps, environments, versions, pod counts and links to test out the apps without doing the deep dive kubernetes resource view

this relates to #253

this new page shows a summary of all the apps in each environment, the version, numnber of pods and their states and the links to test out the apps in a single, simple view that folks can use to keep an eye on things fabric8-ui#454

lets add a kebab menu to drop down so folks can scale, delete or view on openshift console. Also lets remove the icon on the versions and just use links to make things look easier to grok fabric8-ui#454

here's a sample of how its looking right now:

fabric8

  • the pod counters animate as things deploy, scale up or down
  • you can click the version text (if there is at least one pod available) to test the app in that environment
  • you can click Test, Stage, Run to open the openshift console for the environments
  • the kebab menu lets you scale or delete a deployment or view the deployment in the openshift console

@pmuir @catrobson the above relates to previous discussions around the Environments UI for apps versus kubernetes resources

you can try it out here against production data: https://fabric8-ui-fabric8-ui-pr-455-fabric8-runtime-console.int.rdu2c.fabric8.io/
