Outline property around shapes and groups

With context to - Need to have an Outline property around shapes and groups #6723
Based on the suggestion made in the above thread, @asturur , I am opening a discussion here.

Context:
We are working on a small project which is requiring us to have an outline(sort of border) around the shapes and group of objects.

Detailed requirements

• The object (shape/text) and the group should have an accessible property - outline
• Object definition can be described as JSON (since I don't know how better otherwise it can be described)

To understand the above said requirement, please have a look at the below mentioned images. I will keep adding more based on my experiments with our implementation and would share the code which mimics the output in some way or other.
