Application error on dish submit

I signed up all ok (which is great!) but when I submitted my dish I got a heroku application error.

This may be due to a different thing/user crashing the app, but it was working ok for me and then crashed when I submitted a dish, so I think it was me that crashed it.

Ok, tried again once the app rebooted and everything was ok, but worth looking into the heroku logs and seeing what crashed the app.
