I want to be able to find book and movie quotes and store them in one place.

I want to be able to style, add pictures and make it fun. I want it to feel like a game, so I am more motivated to save many quotes and add a range of genres

Readers, people who like to read already or people who want to read more

e.g. for reading many genres, for posting every day, strikes, posting long quotes, quotes from the same book etc.

What is currently being done to solve this problem?

Goodreads has similar features, you can search for quotes, store, rate and arrange them by preference. They also have a challenge based on how many books you have read out of your wishlist.

What technology might be interesting to explore? API's, uploading photos and creating posts, badge creating software
