Why are there a lot of environment errors and cannot install application global dependencies?

• [-] I have tried rm -rf node_modules yarn.lock package-lock.json and re-installing packages.

Steps to reproduce

Use https://new.docusaurus.io to create a CodeSandbox reproducible demo of the bug.

   install template classic
2. Step 2...
   install global dependence
3. Step 3...
   but, set two stop work

Expected behavior

npx or yarn run serve, work well

A lot of the warnings should be cleared with #5420. Your connection doesn't seem good, maybe try using cnpm as the registry, or configure your proxy settings properly?

The warnings are not blocking you and we'll fix them (at least some of them, hard always have an empty list of warning).

The error does not seem to be a Docusarus issue

Yes, I also have some problems with the network, but I have switched the proxy. But this is a dependency warning, which really confuses me, thanks
