Relay Developer Tools Chrome Extension unsupported

Despite it being fairly simple, we get a lot of value out of the Relay DevTools chrome extension. Unfortunately it's starting to be disabled in Chrome.

Is there any plans to re-publish it for the new Extension Manifest so that it'll continue to work? Can the source potentially be open sourced (as the VSCode extension is) so that others can contribute to it's support?
