A CLA is a bit heavy handed for this project. In fact even for large projects we don't use CLAs like the Linux kernel which Meta contributes to. For this reason we have a light weight alternative to CLAs: the DCO, and we've made it a separate effort so other projects can embrace:
Hi Luis, looks like Song already brought this up internally and it looks like the legal team won't let us change it. FWIW I'm personally of the opinion that if it's good enough for the kernel it'll be good enough here.

Could we get review of replacing the CLA requirements for this project instead for the simple meaning of the Signed-off-by as the DCO?
