2D detections for Human3.6M (Stacked Hourglass detections)(how to get sh_pt_mpii、sh_ft_h36m)

Hi, I need data using stacked hourglass detections. ( both sh_pt_mpii and sh_ft_h36m)

But I can't run following script which provided by author

python prepare_data_2d_h36m_sh.py -pt h36m.zip
python prepare_data_2d_h36m_sh.py -ft stacked_hourglass_fined_tuned_240.tar.gz

because I don't have both h36m.zip and stacked_hourglass_fined_tuned_240.tar.gz files.
I appreciate it if anyone could send me them.

Actually, I already download the file D3_Positions from H36M's website.
But I don't know what format is in "h36m.zip" and how to produce both sh_pt_mpii and sh_ft_h36m
If anyone can provide any suggestion how to do???
