hydra-zen v0.6.0 released!

Hi all,

I am excited to announce the release of hydra-zen v0.6.0. This release adds support for the upcoming _partial_ feature in Hydra's instantiate API.

We also improved our type-annotations, adding autocompletion for structured configs returned by builds(..., populate_full_signature=True).

(What is hydra-zen? It's a library that provides powerful, pythonic tools for creating structured configs for your Hydra app!)
