Issue retrieving Ticket Metric data for a long time period

This is the data that I want to get: Ticket Metrics.

The optimal way would be to get it incrementally, which works, for a short time period. BUT, when I'm pulling the data for 1 year back, I only get data for the past 5 months. Even If I specify that I want data for 1 year back.

This is my code:

LOCAL_TIMEZONE = datetime.now(timezone.utc).astimezone().tzinfo
initial_date = datetime(2021, 1, 1, tzinfo=LOCAL_TIMEZONE) 
result_generator = zenpy_client.ticket_metrics(start_time = initial_date ) 

Is there any other way to get ALL the data?
This is the documentation that I've used. I only found that function without a guide.
