The initial implementation was a bit half-assed and had to be nuked in fd1a999 because it was silently causing reactivity issues when the fdgeAnalysismodule was embedded into a larger shiny application.

The next version of this should enable to:

  • Filter by expression (as it did before) -- specify minimum counts in minimum reps
  • Enable user to provide a list of features to keep:
    • only; or
    • as an "added universe" to the filterByExpression funcaitonality

Consider incorporating functionality from the genefilter package
