Rename repo (or archive it)

The name of this repo (research-software.nl) is confusing as it implied that it points to the eScience center RSD (http://research-software.nl), while in reality it was a prototype for FAIR software recommendations site.

I think at some point the plan was to host the FAIR software recommendations at research-software.nl, but in the end we decided to use fair-software.[nl|eu].

Shall we rename it and/or archive it?

One option for archiving would be to capture this in one document and include in the fair-software repository.

I was thinking more of the "Archive this repository" option on github. I guess the only reason to keep it is for historical reasons.
