Preparation of data-curation-tool and data-privacy-tool as standalone executables for end-users (requires #2)

Describe Preferred Solution

The tools are based on Electron so they are prepare as standalone applications

@sinaci maybe this issue can be splitted into two and assign them to @alpteo and @ezelsu (or the responsible of the different tools)
