Set minimum release status to request media

I'd like to be able to only allow Jellyseer requests when the movie is release in DVD, for example. Radarr has that info : release in cinema, release on some platform and release in DVD.

My use case : I have multiple users that often request media before it's release on cinema. So it makes its way on Jellyfin only 3 to 12 months later and they forget about it.

Since the Watchlist in Jellyseer is now well polished, I'd like to have them use that instead of filling my NAS with unwatched media because they forget they asked it. Forcing them to use the watchlist by setting a restriction when the media is only available on platform or DVD sounded like a nice idea.

The Request button could behave differently when media is not available yet : "This movie won't be downloaded until <DVD_release_data>. Please use your watchlist instead. <Add_to_your_watchlist_shortcut_button>"

Instead of completely forbidding to request the media, we could maybe just add an option to enable a warning saying that the media will not be available until XXX?

I would also be interested in something like this being implemented.

How about maybe 2 (or 3) options for the admin to choose from.

1. Prevent media from being requested that has not yet been released and display warning to add to Jellyseerr watchlist
2. Auto add request to users watchlist (maybe also display a message that the media will not be available until ### and has been added to your watchlist
3. Add request like normal but also display message about media not being available until ### (maybe make it a confirm dialog).

Thinking about it, 1 and 2 might be able to be combined possibly by displaying the message and then including an "Add to Watchlist" button. Maybe some additional verbiage like click "No" to discard the request (not sure if should have click "Add to Watchlist" to add to your watchlist as that seems a tad redundant). Maybe make "Add to Watchlist" just "Watchlist" and then can say click "Watchlist" to add to watchlist and "No" to discard the request.

For 3 (which could become 2), thinking can also have a dialog like mentioned above but in this case a "Confirm" and "No" button. Text could say "Media will not be available until ###. Click "Confirm" to submit request or "No" to discard request. Consider adding the movie to your watchlist." (That last part about the watchlist is optional and might not make sense but just a thought.

One more point, if it were those 2 (or 3) options, not having one checked (thinking it would be a radio button so it is one of (2 or 3), that would mean the current behavior would continue.

This has been something I have been hoping would get implemented for a while just because I dislike having requests that cannot be fulfilled in my queue for long periods.

I like you idea of an "Add to watchlist" button. The option could then be a dropdown with 3 options: current behavior, warning saying this is not available yet, and warning/error saying not available at all but possible to add to watchlist.

I'm moving this to issues where we track the feature request and enhancements.
