Add types of added/edited location to type filter

Related to #520.

When a user adds or edits a location, should the type filter be updated to include all types associated with that location? Currently, adding a location with an unselected type or editing a location to an unselected type results in the location only being visible when accessed directly (/locations/:id) but disappearing once the user revisits the same spot on the map. On mobile, the location is also absent from the list.
