google oracle is depreciated and replaced by guru but this repo still uses oracle.
latest vim-go uses guru

Temporary fix it by:

vim ~/.vim_go_runtime/bundle/pristine/vim-go/plugin/go.vim
//chg oracle => guru

Hope it can be changed soon!
