1、编写rust插件
2、备注里查看点击跳转地址插件 Hooks
3、打开是找不到页面

点击链接，打开是找不到页面，看了下，链接地址应该有问题的

中文文档的跳转锚点不对啊，用的是英文文档的锚点。我们改一下
