[Bug Report]: v2 Thread panic caused by deleting irrelevant files

Steps to reproduce

For example, I now have ten associated files, and then I have an unrelated file that should not theoretically exist in the dependency graph, but when I delete this file, it still triggers an operation that looks like a graph update.

then delete unless.js cause error
