Elevator Action Returns Saturn Tribute S-now on current consoles and PC

I love this gem of a game and love to support rereleases like this. I am buying the Steam version in hopes that City Connection improved the input lag, but hopefully someone can open this game up and recreate the original Sega Saturn ISO image easily. The Steam folder has bin and cue files for this but I was unable to get it to work in any Sega Saturn emulator.

I already extracted the arcade version released on Taito Legends 2 released on PC years ago. It was just laying in the folder and ready to pull out and play in an older version of MAME and also works in Final Burn Alpha, but would like to try the Saturn version on a Retroarch Saturn Core. Hopefully someone can open up the Steam or Switch version to gain access to recreate the original ISO someday.
