Chunkie is released under a BSD 3-clause license. See the first section.

Fast Linear Algebra in MATLAB (FLAM), which is included as a submodule for convenience, is subject to its own license (GPL). See the chunkie/FLAM folder.

Some files used for demonstration purposes and plotting have licensing requirements which are addressed in the other sections below.
