medoo的依赖版本，能否更新至1.5.3 #103

目前的1.2版本有一些问题。比如action正常情况下没有返回值，只有错误情况才返回。官方在1.5.3已经做出了修改。

由于目前使用的1.3 版本和1.5版本存在一定的差异，尚未完全进行兼容。如果medoo无法满足的业务，可以考虑使用ORM去代替。
