asadmin path not used #45

We have custom packages for glassfish.

The glassfish::create_domain class manifest has a parameter called asadmin_path

[*asadmin_path*] - Path to asadmin binary.
#  Defaults to $glassfish::glassfish_asadmin_path

...but this parameter is never used in the type provider:

At the moment it's relying on asadmin being on the $PATH. That's setup as part of glassfish::path currently...
