e.g., http://dev.faustedition.net/document?sigil=1_H.5&section=4 should go to page 35, but page 35 also contains part of section 3 so the current page → section n:1 mapping isn’t working. We need to explicitely contain a map section → first page in the split sigils, and then the findSectionforPage function can go.
