Could not retrieve catalog from remote server: Error 500 on SERVER: Server Error: Could not find resource 'File[/tmp/syslog-ng.conf.tmp]' for relationship on 'Exec[syslog_ng_syntax_check]'

error recieved on puppet run on agent machine.
