clasim - Simulate continuous labeling assays

clasim is a python module that allows to simulate continuous labeling assays.

In the example folder are the script to create the plots from the paper and an simple fit example. The module was developed with python3. It may run in python2...

Installation

Install by running

python setup.py install

Requirements

You will need the gsl development package.

To install gsl dependencies run:

Ubuntu:

apt-get install gsl-bin libgsl0-dev

Fedora:

dnf install gsl-devel
